Should your purchased Jobobike model not meet your needs (such as the size of the bike not being suitable for you), you can return it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
In case of a return, please mind that the bike must be re-sent in the original box and be in the exact same condition in which it was sent (it cannot be scratched, dirty, etc.). Once we make sure that the bike is in perfect condition, and that all of the accessories are returned with it, we will refund the full cost of the purchase, in most cases including the shipping cost. This is according to the EU Consumer Rights directive.
